The History of Palouse Ono Hale – Airbnb
Work in progress: We take 100% of the profits made through Airbnb and turn around and invest the funds into bettering our space for our guests.
About the hosts: Palouse Ono Hale is operated by Jaide and Nate. Jaide is an Idaho Vandal Alum and business professional at WSU who has always dreamt of running an Airbnb. With her eye for design, project manager personality and the help of her love, Nate, a computer repairman who moonlights as handyman/muscle renovator extraordinaire, together in 2018, through Palouse Ono Hale, her dream has become a reality. Jaide and Nate live upstairs along with their fur babies: Ziggy, a 12-year-old Heeler/Border Collie and their latest addition, adopted from HSOP, Commander, a 5-year-old black and white chunky domestic shorthair cat.
Disclaimer: With his friendly demeanor and persuasive personality, we know it might be hard to resist, however, please do not let Commander the cat inside the Airbnb. We promise he is well loved and fed regularly.
Recent Projects:
- Beach Room: New splash of paint, shampooed carpets, and tropical bedding & décor.
- Laundry/Utility Room: New splash of paint on walls, laundry sink, addition of watercooler and floating shelves. Coming soon: new flooring.
- Bathroom: New vintage teal paint, rainfall showerhead, sink fixture/faucet, tropical leaf artwork and window treatment. Coming soon: new shower handle to match new showerhead.
- Living Room: New carpet and paint.
Hallway: New lighting, laminate vinyl flooring, paint, and separation door.
